Are they difficult to get in and out of? I mean I lived with them for a year in my R56 but it looks like the seat in the R60 sits back quite a bit more.
No info yet. on the F56 seats : I have not seen anyone confirm this. One guys got F56 seats in the UK in his R56 and he said the F56 seat mounts were wider, but did not post a DIY.

Rails with the recaro aftermarket seat/rails will most likely have to be drilled out a 1/4" on the rear if its just like the R50-R53 and R55- R59 MINI models. This will set lower as there is no seat brackets under the rails. More room.
wzabrouski looks like he used the aftermarket seats, aftermarket recaro seat slider and then planted brand seat brackets. That will sit higher, less room but looks like OEM seat height?

so it means that recaro aftermarket rail for r56 can be fitted on r60?
I have seen and a vendor of our installed these in the R56 and R53. People I know have swapped R56 seats into the R60, but i am trying to find the thread.
