Looks like the Mini dealers around SF bay area don't participate. I tried with my AAA # and the only dealers that showed up were makers like Honda, Toyota, VW.

I also did a search. My mother inlaw lives in Palo Alto so I tried her zip and also a San Jose zip. I can't believe they don't have any AAA reps in the dealerships up there. Bummer.

I used AAA for my current vehicle (Dodge Magnum) and my recent order of a CMS which should arrive in a month or so. My wife also used AAA for her CR-V. All great experiences. If you don't like the haggling and don't mind spending $500 over invoice price it is a good way to go.

There are no AAA Mini dealers here in Boston, MA either. You might want to try the Costco car buying program.

Fyi for those who are in Norcal looking for a good deal no hassle, go East Bay Mini. I sent a inquiry via Autotrader on a 2014 model asking if they take pre-orders on the 2015. David responded quickly and I was able to order mine $500 over invoice (already the AAA deal). Just waiting for my production tracking # now.

p.s. Stay away from SF Mini. 99% crooks.
