2012 Tech Package

Hi everyone. I just wanted to double check something on the car I recently ordered. I optioned it with the Technology Package and I want to make sure it will have Bluetooth and USB. I know these can be purchased a la carte as a separate option, but I'm thinking I'll have that since I got the Tech. Package. Is this correct? On MINI USA it doesn't specify in the build or in the info on the Tech. Package that it includes these, but in a document I got from my MA it indicates that these are included.

Clarification?

It is included, but even with just the auxillery port, you would be able to use your phone hands free.

With the USB, can you plug in an iPod and browse songs?

Depends on your definition of hands free. You'd be able to hear the caller, but whether they could hear you is anyone's guess since you'd be using the phone's mic. You also wouldn't be able to answer calls with the stereo or access your address book.

Yep, and it works very well. That said, I prefer a small USB drive that I can leave in the car vs taking the iPod with me all the time.
