I don't have mine yet.... but SOON!!!
When I tell people I'm getting a Mini Countryman they usually say

"Dude you got rid of your Jeep?!?!?!" (No one EVER thought I'd give up the Jeep. pic below)
or
"Is that the longer one"

If they know what it is they usually say
"That's pretty awesome, those are sweet"

And if they REALLY know about Mini and I tell them it's going to have a JCW aerokit, and exhaust, and looks like "this" (and show them the white JCW pic that's floating around) they say
"So jealous! That's going to look SICK!"

 

I get comments about having replaced my Jeep with a MINI too! People are surprised that I replaced it with a MINI, but they're not surprised it went away. Pic below...

 

So how many people replaced thier Jeep with a Mini? Add me to the list.

Most people I know don't really seem to care about it or know enough about it to care.

 

Wasn't a jeep per se, but at least along those lines. I seem to have a target on my head for uninsured drunk drivers driving in my lane.
