Saw you in your Royal Gray with white top Countryman driving south on 101 through Petaluma at about 8:30 this morning. You were in the left lane with cars behind you. You were tapping your brakes and I noticed you were making some rude gestures with your right arm as cars were getting by in the right lane.

 

the first Countryman I saw since I got mine on Wed 8/15. Surf Blue, black top also very new in Cupertino. also my first Mini wave!

Saw a black / black top with chrome exterior in Southwest Reno around 5PM. Great combo.

 

It fits the description of my car, but I wasn't in Petaluma yesterday and I don't cruise in the left lane. That driver gives CM owners a bad name.

Wouldn't you know it... finally some recognition for Sonoma County and the guy is driving like a butthead. Then again going south on 101 that early maybe he was heading home to Marin County or SF.

 

Yeah, the dude seemed afraid of the right lane for some reason and the car came from SF MINI based on the license plate frame. Oh well, I'll be on the lookout for your silver CM next time I'm in Healdsburg.

Haha, I miss read sbdubya's post and thought he was the one driving slow in the fast lane and calling FredoinSF a butthead. Makes more sense now. Man that stretch from Petaluma to Novato is the worst...there is always people driving slow in the fast lane. People seem to do it more on 2 lane stretches (afraid of on ramps I guess). I wish it was like Holland where its illegal to be in the left lane unless you are passing. Bummer it was a mini owner.

Flew in Saturday and spend the weekend at the Lake with some friends who have a house near Grand Haven.
The real reason for the trip was business on Monday and Tuesday. I was keeping my eyes open for you Western Michigan CM drivers.

 

Saw a white CM with black roof in Acton (MA) around 11:30 today. I waved but don't know if I got a wave back, was too busy paying attention to the road.

saw a brown countryman with a white top and white boot stripes on east main street in somerville today... AND.. thursday night a white one (maybe silver) with a black top parked on grove street.

Spotted a Red CM near Race Point in Cape Cod yesterday. My wife still likes red and still wished they had one in stock.

 

Saw all black with CM parked behind Mike's car wash in Loveland OH. Still had temp tags (about a week old).

 

I thought I might be a rarity in North Cincinnati but I saw a surf blue CM at the corner of Mason-Montgomery and Socialville Foster by UDF. We waived but unsure if the driver saw us.
