Can a dealership swap out wheels ...for instance on 17 inch wheels could they swap silver for black ??? I know they can not swap different sizes due to legal issues but just wondering about same size but different color.

They could and probably will for a price. If you like the style of the wheels you can have them painted at a wheel repair place.

 

My ALL4 arrived with anthracite tunnel spoke wheels, and we didn't like the look. The dealer swapped them for the standard spoke anthracite wheels on the spot (they had a set in stock) without a charge. Dealers can be responsive.
