R60 what is the first thing you bought/did for your CM?
Miles, can I ask what you guys paid for boot cover? Does it fit well?
Alpin PA3
I'm very happy with the PA3s so far...although this hasn't been a snowy or icy winter so far. They're quiet and stable, and I've been pleasantly surprised with their behavior on ice: straight, short braking. I've never driven on Blizzaks, though.

Good gosh and golly. Boy am I embarrassed. I guess I'm a bit more primal than the rest of you guys. First thing I did was let a big, long, mal de aire loose on the driver's lounge leather. Around here, you got to mark your territory if you want to keep it.
Sealy - Who also thought about wetting the tires.

I plan on a bunch of stuff:
1- mud flaps
2- viper stripes
3- window tint
4- wrapped roof load bars (from Vinyl Styles)
5- JCW Design kit (red mirror caps and vents)
6- black driving lamps
That will exhaust my MINI funds for a while.

I believe paid $265 and it fits better than expected (with the flat-load floor). It works wonders with a wet dog after she's been swimming!
First mod - tinted the windows.
Then, stubby antenna, Sylvania Silverstar Ultra halogen headlight bulbs, full set of Coco Mats, and 4" exhaust tips from MotoringWerks.
De-yoked my turn-signal bulbs, then re-yolked them when the silver-tipped replacement blubs were way too dim.
Next up? Side graphics, currently on their way from England. Pics to follow.

The SprintBooster simply changes how quickly the throttle responds to your foot pressing on the gas pedal. While you can get the same result from mashing the pedal harder, that approach doesn't feel as natural or satisfying to me.
I have a daughter who's learning to drive...mostly in my wife's Toyota Sienna minivan. When she first drove my All4 she noted that the Mini's brakes were much more sensitive and the gas pedal was much less responsive than she was used to. I agreed (but I'm fine with the brakes). With the SprintBooster, which has "off," "moderate," and "strong" settings, the responsiveness is much more to my liking as well as hers. On the green "moderate" setting, I find the "take-off curve" to be smooth and well-modulated.
Installation was literally five minutes.

And thanks, I can't wait to see my car too!
Beauxgoris, I'm not sure if the stubby does anything for reception. I've heard that it does help, I've also heard that it makes no difference. So it could just be for looks. And that's what I'm going for. The stubby I'm going to get is also from GoBadges, it has a little shout out to the car's birth place, and it's made of carbon fiber.
