Interior Measurements

Hi all; I was wondering if someone could do a favor for me and use a tape measure and measure the width of the steering wheel and the center console speedometer.

I'm an industrial design student in Pasadena currently working on an interior design project, and I've chosen your car to design for. I need to create a 1:1 template drawing of the interior I'm working with, I'll be using images online of the interior but I need some base dimensions to lock in the image size with.

Thanks to anyone who can help me, and I think you've got a great car on your hands (I've still yet to see one on the road here)

Will do it, but need to wait until tomorrow for the tape measure. Good luck on your project.

The wheel is 14.5" and the center speedometer is 7.5".

Best to you.

Hi everyone, sorry to bring up an older thread again but I have another request for measurements of your interior.

I just need confirmation on a few measurements of the Mini Countryman's interior. Could someone use a tape measure and measure:
1. the width of the dashboard from edge to edge (the gap where it meets the door)
2. the depth from the top of the speedometer to the windshield
3. the width of the center console (at its widest point)
4. the height of the center console from bottom to the edge of the speedometer.
5. the width of the gearshift circle

Here's an image since it's hard to really describe these things with language:

Thank you guys so much for your help, if there's any interest I'll post images of the mock up as I build it over the next 3 weeks.
