Help, I need to delete the previous production number from the other dealer that ordered the wrong spec. It still comes up when I log into owners lounge. I hope I don't have to open a new account. Anyone know how I can get rid of that other vehicle so I can input the production number for my new configuration?

Noticed since her car has been through the VDC, the Owner's Lounge lists more details of my wife's car. Still no Flat Load Floor. I bet it isn't in the car and the dealer still couldn't tell us that. That is just unacceptable, in my opinion.
How can one dealer give a customer information that it was removed from his invoice but ours tells us they haven't received any such info from MINI?

Can flat load floor be added later from the dealer if needed? Wasn't sure about that as we did not get the option but might decide we want it in the future.

I was told it will just be a simple dealer purchased option.

You should be able to pick it up at the parts dept once they get inventory of them in a few weeks or months. I'm going to tell our MA tomorrow, when we pick up my wife's CM, to contact me as soon as they get some in.

Agreed.

Call your MA and ask them to email you a copy of the "Vehicle Inquiry: Design/MSRP" report for your order. I'm looking at mine and it details every item on the car and the MSRP. No Flat Load Floor option is listed even though it was specified and did show up on earlier VIRs.
