Well got to see the "Pure Red" in person and it clearly is not! The color is not that bad, but I wanted red, not reddish. True to the other comments it does change as the light hits it differently, but it is certainly more orange than red.
There was a Chilly Red MCS next to it and wow what a difference. If you order the Pure Red make sure you see it in person to know if it is your cup of tea. Also noted the True blue is very light and bright, The Royal Grey has a greenish brown undertone to it, and the coffee is a very unique color.

The sales Mgr. was great. Click, click, Bam done deal Absolute Black on the way. The black looked the classiest and had the most metallic sparkle,and will look even better with the chrome line exterior. I may put some red sport stripes to liven it up. Can't lose with black, but I was hesitant as it is more work to keep it looking clean and sexy.

Ordered 12-27 and today they told me I am scheduled for the 3rd week of January to start production and I should get it at the end of February.

Also the red color line is also a little orange in color, but I kept it as I want some color splash. I agree with others that the cloth/leather seats are a disappointment. Look good, but leather is scarce and the cloth is flimsy and looks like it will not hold up over time except in the very middle (the part with the Red lines), which is a nice thick cloth.

 

Think that i was about to order it red..... But when i saw it... damn..... it was sooooo orangish :(
So i went for the classic green

 

I saw the pictures of the red on the internet and decided to go Royal Grey. I have a red S2000 and I'm sure it would have looked orange next to it too.
