Hi!
This is my first time posting here but I've been lurking for months. My girlfriend and I just ordered a 2007 Cooper with the following specs last Saturday:
Oxygen Blue
White Roof/Mirrors
White Bonnet Stripes
Front Fog Lamps
6-Speed Manual
16" Bridge-Spoke (Performance)
All Season Tires
Sport Seats
Leather: Punch Carbon Black
Leather Sport Wheel w/Multifunction
10-Speaker. Hi-Fi Sound System
iPod Adaptor
If you are in Florida I recommend South Mini in Miami for your business. We emailed every dealer in the state and they gave us the lowest price. We paid MSRP but they didn't charge a destination fee, dropped the dealer fee, and only charged $385 on the iPod adaptor. Oh and we got free mats too!
My girlfriend is driving this one, but we have been together for 6 years now and I end up driving her cars as much as she does... I'm looking into an S for myself but wanted to see how the new engine, suspension, and turbo work out before I order. (I'm more leary of 1st generation products than my girlfriend...) Anyway, I'm elated to be picking up our new Cooper in 6-8 weeks! Happy Motoring!

Glad to hear you had a good experience with the dealer, as I have heard of not so great experiences with other brands of South Motors. In case you care about such things, make sure you ask South MINI to NOT put their dealer advertisement decal on the boot of your MC. I used to live in Miami and saw lots of MINI's that were "branded" with the South MINI ad on the paint.
