Hello There!
Just joined after surfin for parts ....
I have an 05' S owned it since new 12/04
lectric' blue white roof etc.. we called him "coop" or "cooper" but who doesnt eh?
live out west in teh sunny Cali...

I call mine "Pooper", but we all have names. Welcome to the madness. Let us know where in sunny CA you are from. There is alot of clubs and events going on. AMVIV4 is coming up in Las Vages in March. Hope to see you out & about.

I live in Central Cali - south of Fresno (cow country - Visalia)
I am in LA alot and we take the "coop" to the beach as he loves to look at the ocean and haul us around
anyway yes, my wife is in love with cooper. pfft. go figure!
I am working on some new pix as I ordered up some parts tonight.. will post when I get them on.
Alta stuff mostly - Coop needs some more hp... and some new rubber and wheels. But as an 05 Coop spends too much time in the garage with only 5000 miles in two years I am embarassed. So yeah I will be having some 17" silver S wheels with runflats like new for sale in a week... I guess theres a forum for that stuff here somewhere...

we are looking forward to meeting up with some MINIS in CAL or ?? for some events...

Try Mid Cal MINI, they have a bunch of fun active MINI people. They also know their stuff. Brad Hunsaker (Scooby03) is in the MINI business and can probably help. Most of them will be at AMVIV4 in Las Vegas.
