New here and to Mini
I am very excited. I am finally got the car I have been striving for. I have driven Cavalier's in the past and put time into performance and looks.
When I first drove the car it really surprised me how well it handled and performed. Now I am ready to take on a real car. Does anyone have any ideas for a first time mini owner to help me out.
My first mission is to tint the windows and get crome petal covers that say mini on them. Does anyone know where I can locate them? Oh and it is a 5-speed.
Oh one last time does anyone know if synethic oil is required?

Welcome and congrats! I can relate to your situation; I had two Ford Escorts (one was absolutely horrible) and a Toyota Corolla (actually a nice car) for years. I'm a commuter and wanted to upgrade, but I didn't want to lose out on gas mileage. So the MINI was the perfect choice. You'll love it!
