i posted pics but none of a mini, as i am in the bm stage (before-mini).
cars i have had or have.
will add a mini at some time over the next while.
i might even have a pic of the mini i rented a while back ...

Just took delievery today and now I fianlly have something to post in my gallery! Just a few quick snapshots...i'll have a "real" photo shoot in the next few weeks.

Sure, sticky it. I just picked my MCSa on Tuesday and just added a bunch of pics to my gallery. I am always looking at other people's pics to see what they have been doing.

 

not only can you add pics to your gallery, but you can put a small pic in your sig and make it clickable to your gallery (like mine!). to make it clickable, highlight the pic in your signature, use the "Insert Link" tool and copy paste the URL of your user gallery.

How can you NOT have a pic of your MINI ? It's like not having a pic of your newborn child. Well.... almost like that.

There should be a TOS agreement that says if you don't post at least one pic within 4 days of your first post, you lose your rights to post for two months.

Not "what if you don't have a picture" - he means "what if you don't have a mini".

We took a vote and although it was close, the majority voted that if you don't have your MINI yet, you don't need to post a pic of it in your gallery.

But for those coming on here telling us about the MINI you just picked up, you're still on the hook, of course.

 

You can tell me, where do these standard sig graphics - the club medallions and Cars style mini cartoons - where do they come from?

the images in my gallery are uploaded and now are in "queue" mode, what happens to them now? do I have to do anything else or will they be automatically added?

 

I would also like to know where those cute cartoon MINIs are from. Also, I don't know how to add a picture to a post. Not the gallery, not the sig. Anybody help.

 

The cartoon MINIs are done by COOPERation. Check out the thread titled "What If".

To add a pic to your post, click on the icon above the typing box that has two mountain peaks and the sun. It's the fourth from the right. Copy and past your pic's URL into that box that pops up. Click on "okay". Presto !

 

That's just it... what if my pic does not have a URL? What if it's stored locally on my hard drive. I just want to upload from iPhoto...
