Well, I am finally here! My wife has gotten tired of hearing this story but I will tell it anyway. 22 years ago I was 16 and looking for my first car. During the process my Dad and I drove a red '63 Mini Cooper. I wanted that car so bad that I could almost taste it. My Dad made one offer and the guy made a counter offer. It seems that my Dad didn't think enough of that car and the other guy thought too much of that car. Alas, it wasn't to be. I vowed right then that I would have a Mini one day. May 4th, 2006 was that day.

I now have an '03 BRG MCS. I continue in my search for a classic. I just haven't found one that brings back that same feeling from years ago. It may not exist but I'll keep looking.
