OK so I got a used Mini. Transfered over the warrenty and then.....

The Rant (Don't have to read)
I took it in on a Tuesday to the place I bought it so they can work on it. It was still under a 30 day warrenty. The driver side window doesn't go down. So they don't fix it Tuesday and I get called at 1:00 Wednesday saying it's ready. Well it wasn't ready. The molding was still half off and the other items are not fixed. So they fix the molding and tell me the rest have to be fixed by the dealer. Then I noticed that they retinted my window. not all the windows but the driver only. Well I finnally got them to caugh up the rest of the job.

The Interm
OK so I called another service dept when my Mini didn't start Thursday. See I got it at a chain of used car places all with their own service dept. Yes, this was one day after they serviced it. Chris there asked about the service the other shop did and he was surprised that Mini didn't do the work. He said if I get it towed there, he will just get it to Mini so go ahead and take it straight to Mini. So off it went to the dealer.

The Praise
I gotta give it to Chris from the service dept where I bought it, and of course the service dept. at Mini of Dallas. Not only did I get the items fixed, most all were covered under warrenty. I should of known
to take it there first. Now all that left is get the tint replaced next week. I don't know what I'll do without my Mini again. Maybe I'll think of a name for it.
