St. Louis Service?

Im currently working in NC where I bought my First 03 mini. It is now in SE Iowa. I cannot wait to return to enjoy it. Does anyone know how the service is at the St. Louis dealer? It will be the closest for me, a 3.5 hr. + drive. Ill probably have to get most of my maintenance done at a local shop. Just wondering. Thank God for all of you here at NAM as Ive learned so much about it here. I really appreciate all of you.
Thankyou!

I've got no complaints about the service department at MINI of St. Louis.

The St. Louis dealership is not on the nicer side. There is nothing wrong with them, but they will not go out of their way to help. Also, they do not have Saturday service hours.

I have had no problems whatsoever with the service department. Regular maintenance along with completely replacing my Cabrio's roof have gone well.

I had called them today 6 times. The first 3 I was on hold over 10 min, the next 2 I was disconnected and the last I got thru. I thought "wow, what a busy place". Im glad tho to hear their service is good.

It's been almost 3 months, and I'm still waiting for them to call me to replace a part that they said would be covered by warranty - they won't answer my e-mails or voice-mails that I have left. My MA even said he would try and see what was going on - no luck there either. Contacted MINI USA - still no luck.
