New Members from IL
Hello everyone we are new to the MINI we just bought a new 06 at Patrick
MINI in Shamberg IL last Sat, 6/3. The wife has been looking at them for about a year and last Sat we actualy went and test drove one well that did
it 4 hours later we were leaving in a new 06 Cooper S and what an impresive
car it is. We are now looking at going to a Rally in Cincinnati on 7/29 and then
going to the Dragon from there. Also thinking of going to Copper Mnt in Aug.

Everyone has been very helpful and friendly! Just prepare yourself for the obsession
We can't stop thinking about our Mini, she is taking over our lives. Have you seen the new GTI commercials with the "evil fast" that seems to brainwash the driver? It feels something like that
We thought we knew how to care for our cars in the past... HA! we were wrong... we had to invest in all new cleaning products
So many modifications to do... so little time (and money)

We are new here as well and from IL! Our mini is on the dock in England so we have about a month wait. 
We will have to watch for you around town motoring. Great user name! Just got the second season on DVD for my b-day! True classics.
