Impossible to find my dream USED Mini?!??!?!
Mine was $25K out the door, window was somewhere in the low 23s. I don't regret getting the options I did, but if I were to do it all over again I'd actually probably go for a very basic S. The only options I feel are mandatory are Xenons and MFSW. I have the sunroof, OBC, foglights and DSC. Only option I feel is really valuable out of those 4 is the sunroof, but it places nearly 70 lbs. in the absolute worst part of the car and doesn't have a proper shade.....those are some major drawbacks I was willing to live with though since, in SoCal, it's almost mandatory on a nice day or warm night.
EDIT: LSD wasn't available at the time, but I consider it a mandatory option now.

Not to get off topic, but as I recall when weighed the sunroof was less, around 50lbs if memory serves, and no-one has yet to determine what the weight of the roof it replaces weighs. So insofar I haven't heard any accurate figures of the weight difference unless someone has figured it out recently?
By the by, it is lovely to have it, even at night the moon shines in if you want
If you get some covers it keeps the car very cool and provides shade in the summer. You can make them or get these (which is what I have) http://www.stratmosphere.com/mini_interior.htm.Wonder what happened to the original poster anyhow?
