Hyper Blue MCS on Order

I ordered a Hyper Blue '06 MCS on 17 September and today I was quoted a production completion date of 3 October. This seems pretty fast compared to what I've been reading on the Mini forums. I would post some questions but I already found answers on the NAM forums. Thanks to all. The MINI community really rocks.

Actually that would be an EXCELLENT color choice!

Black, white or blue roof? Mine is a Hyper Blue 2005 made in July 04, one of the first ones. I almost got a body colored roof, but finally decided to go black instead because of the sunroof. I think I still have a gallery on here....?

Excellent choice! See my gallery. Hope you got the black bonnet stripes, too, I think they look killer.

Best car I've ever driven.

Every morning I wake up I see this happy blue MINI awaiting me. When I go back to the MINI after work or school, I get a big smile on my face! I don't think I would be as happy with Pepper White* as with Hyper Blue.

It's an awesome color, and kinda grows on you after a while. When I got it, I was like, "I like this color more than Pepper White*." Then it became, "I like this color." And afterwards, "I LOVE Hyper Blue!!" But now, I'm like, "It's not a MINI if it's NOT Hyper Blue!**"

*When I was deciding about ordering, it was originally HB/W, but upon seeing it in person, I ordered HB/B. However, I also had a short "I sorta like PW/B" stint, with this one color decision holding me up from placing a deposit and ordering. I'm either a blue or green car person, not a "white car" person.

**THIS IS a new cult, along with the:
'S' is the only true MINI cult
A Classic Mini is the only true Mini cult
An automatic MINI is not a true MINI cult

and so on...

Are you sure you don't want a HB MINI instead . Though I should probably delete the latter half of my post, as every PW MINI owner might have my head .

I must admit HB is pretty sharp... actually I kind of like all of the 2006 color. Yellow was my fist choice but they stoped offering it on the MCS. I wonder why?
