I have carpet mats on my '03 and they still look perfect (not much ice and snow here either). In reference to the velcro mounts, though...just this last month I noticed the foam back tearing away where the velcro fuzzy mounts are adhered to the mat. Seems the velcro is gripping pretty well!!!! I hope to reglue them soon, but just wanted to pass on the observation.

I have the rubber mats and I love them. In the summer, my mats have stayed relatively clean looking all summer and if they get dirty I keep Lysol wipes in the glove box, but in the winter they do look a bit icky, but its better than the salt and stuff getting into the carpet. In the spring we took Bruno on a trip to Florida. When we would go to the beach and get in the car with sandy feet, the rubber mats were nice because they held the sand which otherwise would have worked its way down into carpeted mats

I have a mini S and got just the mini rubber mats. I like them because I can wash them down when they are dirty. ski
