Good morning all! After 3 years of looking at pictures and lurking around car lots, I am proud to report that I have purchased my first Mini. She is a slightly less than perfect 04 MCS in DS/B. I found her on Ebay, languishing in the used lot at a BMW dealer. This purchase also necessitated a short road trip of 250 miles in which I became aquainted with her. This car is awesome!! I intend to take her in to the local MINI dealer this week to get a good checkup, as she was apparently being serviced at a GM dealer previously. I will post a picture of her if I can figure out how (after Katrina finishes her mischief).

Congratulations on purchasing your "slightly less than perfect" MCS! It sounds like the "imperfections" aren't going to get in the way of your motoring enjoyment. I hope you and your baby share many happy miles together! :smile:

BTW I must admit some jealousy about your 250-mile trip home. It's been awhile since I've been able to fit in a roadtrip!
