Officially Insane.
Ok so my new Jet Black MCS has been on the boat for about 10 days now...
And Im certain that I'm a little bit crazier since the boat set sail...
I have a couple questions for current MINI owners with experiance in this waiting game. Why can't i track my ship "Isolde", call sign: SLKB, on the Accuweather site?
According to the Wallenius Wilhelmsen It's supposed to dock on the 20th of this month, so only a couple more days!!
Now for my other question: I ordered the Aero Kit and Security system. Once my MINI is recieved at the dealer, how many days for the kit and alarm to be installed and for the moment Ive been waiting for all summer?
Thanks to anyone who can help clarify.

I know exactly how you feel I get more insane by the minute. I don't have mine yet, supposidly it arrived at the Dealership today. But I'm expecting to wait at least another week for the window tint, aero kit and works kit to be installed. I think the Aero kit is at least a couple days because they have to paint it and fit it.
Thanks all! Now there seems to be a new problem
According Wallenius Wilhelmsen, my MINI was discharged the 20th. But the automated person on the ASkMINI line says that my MINI is "at the port awaiting a shipping vessel"?? I spoke to an actual person over the phone and they said they have no information for me. Oh and in the Owner's Lounge it says en route...Im thinking/hoping there is a glitch. Because I have a August 14th pulley party to make. Has anyone had this same/similar experiance?? Sorry to rant...

. But just last week the message said that my car was en route. My owner's lounge page says that my car is currently at the VDC. I'm thinking there's a glitch in the system. Just check back to your owner's lounge page often. I'm pretty sure your car is at the VDC
For all you "expectant" MINI owners, welcome and congrats!
You may be interested to know that the W&W data is far and away more accurate and timely than the notoriously lackadasical MINI site. Always has been, really. When I was awaiting mine, W&W showed my car loaded on a ship before the MINI site ever showed it as being off the assembly line! A quick check with some fellow MINI owners indicated this was usually the case.
Remember that the MINI site is fun, but that's its primary function. W&W, meanwhile, maintains accurate cargo data as a serious part of its business, so they're more likely to be up to date, just by the nature of they way they operate.
Good luck, and enjoy the madness!

Updated info? I watched my ship leave port via a webcam : ) today!
-> ASK MINI says In Transit (Robot voice)
-> OL says En Route
But, W&W's info is very slow today (almost all of the VIN's are listed as Booked, and it's been quite a while), AND the ship got delayed about 20 hours leaving port : (
But yeah, go to WW's site. The only thing to remember is the information might be a bit wrong - the suggestion by the mini2.com faq is to check a few days after the ship has set sail to make sure you weren't moved to a different ship, or that you were even loaded (even if it says you were).
