Caved In

I bought my daughter the 04 CR MC listed in my sig last March. After driving it home I did not want to give it to her....because I liked it and wanted to keep it. But I gave in to my better instincts, and my wife's threats and gave it to her. It has performed flawlessly and I've wanted one since.

I finally caved in to my desires and picked up the 05 MCS in sig and love this car! I test drove two 03 M3's first but they just didn't feel as "fun" as the Mini did. I'm an avid car enthusiast as you can hopefully tell by my signature. I also have a 98 Corvette Convertible (Indy Pace Car) and a 2004 Avalanche (dwarfs the Mini). I'll take a signature picture once it quits raining.

Look forward to being a part of the Mini world.

Thanks Dr Doogie! Agree with your term obsession. Hard to believe that a car can have this affect on people. After a week of driving the new MCS I find myself not wanting to drive our other vehicles. I let the wife drive the Mini to work one day and had to emphasize that she was not going to take this car as her everyday driver like she did the 330i I had bought for myself.

Is there anyone who can make me a sig banner using my sig pic and this one?

I was trying to pawn my 03 325i off on my wife so that I could get the Mini we ordered. Neither of us could agree who would have to take the bimmer, so we just used it as a trade in on our MCS. Now I'm trying to talk her into keeping my Explorer Sport so I can take the Mini.

2Miniacs,
I recently sold my 04 Z06 because I really needed more headroom and normal traffic doesn't allow one to enjoy the Z very well. I loved the Z and thought I would really miss it. I only had the MCS for a few days, but I can already tell that its going to be an interesting ride. It doesn't have the instant throttle response/nail you in the seat torque of the Z. It does offer well balanced performance thats better suited for everyday driving....

Smooth man. You look like a saint giving up the MC to your daughter. Your consolation....you get the MCS. Very smooth.
