I'm so happy

... with my new '05 MCS. Hyper blue w/ white roof, premium, sport, convenience, H/K, LSD, R90 wheels + perf tires.

I park on the street in New York and have already saved myself hours of driving around looking for open spots. S

I have never had performance tires before. They give a surprisingly smooth ride on NYC streets, even with the sport suspension and 17" wheels. I know I need to replace them with snow tires in the winter, but is there anything else I should be aware of?

if you think the 17 inch runflats with SS+ is smooth, you should ditch the runflats, it's a night and day difference for the better. thats gotta be a good car for NYC, makes any kind of parking a breeze

Congrats on your new car!

Besides parking, the MINI will definitely be a lot easier to drive and meneuver around NYC.

Congrats on the new MCS

If you love it as much as I love my 03 MCS you had better start saving up for tickets.

Um, have you figured out that MINIs are addictive yet? Some weekend, drive up the Hudson and try the back roads around the Croton-on-Hudson area. Lots of roads around the reservoirs are fun to drive . . . Then go on up to West Point and then Cornwell-on-Hudson.

So many roads, so little time.

Enjoy.
