Well I have waited patiently so far and to my great pleasure found out that my car is on the Morning Melody bound for New York as of yesterday afternoon. Now if only i could speed up time, travel great distances in the blink of an eye, and grow aftermarket parts on trees, i'd be happy.

yeah, the morning melody sailed late last week bound for new york. Its supposed to arrive this friday at the vpc there, weather permitting of course. Goto the owner's louge on miniusa.com and click on order details in the "track my baby" area. Your VIN will be listed there. Then goto http://schedule.2wglobal.com/AppTrac...trackType=Autoand type in your VIN in the "cargo ID" field. it will tell you the status of your car so far (at port, loaded, etc.) and what the name of the ship is that its on if its been loaded. then clock on the voyage number and it will give you the status of that boat (departure date, expected arrival date, etc.) I actually just checked mine and the morning melody is two days behind schedule so my baby wont hit the docks until sunday now. its a little frustrating to know about each and every delay but at least you can keep an eye on the overall progress with a bit more detail than the owner lounge or 866-ask-mini will let you. Hopefully they're making friends on the boat so they'll recognize each other on the street. If not we'll just have to introduce them. :smile:
