Soon...
Well, looks like the completion of the sale of my Cadillac (
) will be next week, and though it will suck not having Eleanor around, the completion of the sale also means the beginning of MINI ownership. 
I'm looking to place the order next weekend, if not some week day after. I can't wait!

Heckuva change...
Heh, yeah it will be a pretty big transition. Should be noted though that my current daily driver isn't the Caddy, but a '98 Corolla. Yeah, it's a Toyota (points if you can point out that movie reference!).
Aaaaanyhoo, the daily driver gets sold/traded in just prior to taking delivery of the MINI.
