Hi I was a part of this website back in the late 2000's and haven't been back since. I have a 2006 Mini Cooper S for sale in immaculate condition with just over 21,300 miles with a custom paint job.
I would really appreciate suggestions of where I should post this for sale. my email is home@cesgeorgia.com Thanks
Well, that's easy. First I would post in the Marketplace, as your demographic has been pre-selected to include die hard MINI fans and gearheads. If you don't get enough interest there, with a car like yours, you could consider BAT www.bringatrailer.com
There are scads of other sites of course, but they're not MINI specific and many don't get a lot of eyes. Don't overlook Craigslist, as sometimes you get lucky with a local buyer. Just be aware 90% of the responses you get there will be scammers.
High quality pictures, and lots of them, of course, are critical to a successful sale. Detailing the car before is also highly recommended. Good luck!
Yours is a more collectible low mileage R53 so I would seriously consider Bring-A-Trailer or Cars and Bids to get the widest possible enthusiast audience, but advertising here might work too.
I sold my more mundane R56 MCS June last year and advertised it on Craigslist for their modest fee (x2) with one genuine enquiry, FB marketplace where I got the buyer from and probably about 4 genuine enquiries. I had thought Cars and Bids would take it as they'd auctioned similar MCSs but they declined and I promptly unsubscribed - that'll show them!
