Hello everybody!! Please help me get my son's first car up and running.
Hello All,
My son has just inherited a 2013 Countryman Base. Has been in the family sense new. She is sitting at 308,000 miles currently. I know she needs some work however my son is excited and I am looking forward to bonding with him over it. We have already made our first junk yard trip to pick up a few parts. Here is a list of a few items that need to be done:
- Passenger side front door actuator (door currently doesn't open)
- Timing Chain and components change out
- Work on some other warning lights on the dash (Foxwell NT710 scanner on order)
Any suggestions or help in these tasks or any other needed please let me know.
My son and myself thank you ahead of time.

If you have not found the thread specific to your son's Countryman - here it is. Lots of info there and most likely deep dives on the areas you describe:
