Introduction - 2017 Clubman S

Hi everyone,

I’m not a mini owner, but my mother-in-law is. She recently bought a 2017 Mini Cooper Clubman S from a local Kia dealership. The car has 80,000 miles on it, and just three weeks after the purchase, the check engine light came on. The codes it’s throwing are: P11C4, P0171, P0440, P0446, P0455, and P0715. .

A bit about me: I have some experience with mechanical work. Back in 2010, I worked at my brother-in-law’s auto repair shop for about three years, where I learned a ton. During that time, I also owned several air-cooled VWs and rebuilt a few of their engines myself. While I have a solid foundation in working on motors, I’m less familiar with modern cars and their many sensors. That said, I’m a quick learner, especially when it comes to things I’m passionate about—working with my hands is definitely one of them. I enjoy creating, building, fixing, and repairing.

Looking forward to connecting with you all!
