I bought my first Mini a couple of months ago and am currently rebuilding the engine and turbo. Been lurking here every so often for information and finally decided to join!
Car ran when I bought it, but dead miss on cyl 3&4 and smoked like a freight train! Will be my daily when done and kept stock, ATM!
The body and interior are in great shape, so mainly mechanical, which is fine by me. Essentially fully loaded, but with no H/K system, which apparently is a good thing?
Has comfort access. Door handles don’t work, but no faults, so hopefully just needs a handle.
Gauss66, I appreciate the link as it was very informative. I have the factory NAV, but I’m sure the system will still work, though price is definitely up there. I guess when compared to similar quality aftermarket pieces, by the time it’s all said and done, probably kit that much different.
First I need to get the on the road and do a good shake down before I look at audio, but good to keep in the back of my mind.!
