New!!

Hi, I am soo excited to finally have my MINI and this is THE recommended site.. soo here goes..
This is the first thread I have posted anywhere EVER, so please excuse any mistakes..
Just moved to NC 3 weeks ago and my 2005 Hyper Blue (white top/mirrors) Cooper S was delivered on January 27th.. haven't seen many others around here.. I commute about 120 miles 3 days a week to/from raleigh, so I am really surprised I haven't seen more MINIs out there..
the little car is doing awesome.. and endured the snow last week nicely..

Welcome to NAM and I do say you live in great motoring country. Infact we'll be having a national MINI meet at Deals Gap NC driving the Dragon in early MAY. If you haven't seen any MINIs on the road by then join us and see about 300 all at once.

the dragon

I was wondering what everyone was talking about..

looks pretty scary.. but that's just because my last car took corners like it was on skids.. does everyone drive it like they're professionals?? or is there room for a rookie??
