Mini running rough - vibrating/shaking

Alright guys and gals, I removed each coil one at a time while the engine was running to see which one was bad. The funny thing is that the engine still ran decent when I pulled each one. I was under the assumption that if you pull a good coil when testing them, the car will run rough and then die but that never happened with any of them. I'm thinking either the coil pack blaster is bad or all of them are bad?? It may be something bigger than the coils also, not sure what's going on... I have an air to fuel ratio code and MAP sensor code.I replaced both the tmap and map sensor but nothing has changed. It definitely seems like an issue with the combustion or spark
Also, the engine, especially the supercharger intercooler is shaking quite a bit (if this helps as to what may be wrong)
Any tips or ideas would help greatly

To clarify, you have only one coil. I assume you were pulling the spark plug wires. If you had rev'd the engine when one was disconnected it definitely would have affected how it runs. Your likely problem is a vacuum leak somewhere, especially considering the codes you're seeing. Mix liquid dish soap and water and pour it on vacuum lines/fittings to find the leak.

It's been near 0 degrees where I am so the water trick probably won't work

It's definitely more than a leak but there could one somewhere since the tubing is constantly freezing and thawing. I bough an ATI Super Damper for the P1688 code combined with the P0107. I'm probably going to replace the coil pack plus spark plug wires as well and see if that helps. Is there any advantage to buying the MSD Coil pack blaster and wire set over the oem?
