Well not entirely true - but new R53 owner. I have had a classic mini for the past 11 years, but decided i would move on to the R53 as this will become a classic within a few years.
So the car is a 2005 Cooper S - the facelifted version. Jet Black with white roof and white 17" flame wheels
Myself; I have been tinkering with cars since I bought my first car at the age of 14. I have a high interest in tuning, especially remapping - have been remapping for the past close to 20 years now. EDC15, EDC16, MED17, Magenti Marelli. I was amongthe first to activate VNT control, run custom HP pumps, bigger injectors, launch control, higher rev limit (6.000 rpm) and so on EDC15C2.

Now the time has come to bring the mini back to perfect condition - and add a few ponies along the way.

 

I would argue for 'has become a classic' status for the r53. Welcome aboard. Pics?

 

 

NICE! Not a fan of white wheels, but they work on that car!

 

thanks, somehow the flame wheels makes it work. I think other wheels would look ‘off’ in white.

 

White flame spokes, very rare.
