I just bought a used 06 MCS, super stoke about it. I found this forum in search of a solution to an issue I'm having.

 

Welcome aboard! My first MCS was an 06, always loved that supercharger whine.

 

I'm actually a bit disappointed in the whine, it's not very loud at all. Maybe that's because my car is mostly stock? Did you do any upgrades to yours, if so what do you recommend? I've got a head full of ideas but really just want to focus on the most beneficial and 'fun' mods

Edit: Over the course of my ownership I grew to love the sounds of the r53, no disappointment anymore

 

i started with an adjustable rear sway bar, then added the supercharger pulley to up the boost a bit.
