Hello NAM!
I am new to MINIs, bought a:
-2011 Hardtop
-56k miles
-manual transmission
-black with white top and mirrors.
for my wife who has yet to learn the clutch. She drives my truck and I drive Scottie, the MINI Cooper.
I got it from a friend in Iowa who had it shipped to Georgia.
Most things work on it.
Glad to be here. I have a lot to learn. I think I want to keep him.
Thank you,

Welcome to the wonderful world of MINI motoring.
Had the same issue with my co-pilot. The three most important things to get them squared away on are; one, pedal clear to the floor when shifting. Two, foot off the pedal when not shifting and three, shift to neutral and foot off the pedal when stopped. All that helps keep the burnt clutch stink out of the cockpit.
