Greetings from New York

Hello and happy new year to everyone. My mom picked up her second Mini Cooper S, a 2021, and I've had the pleasure of driving it around for the last month. She's been recovering from knee surgery, and one of my stipulations for daily check in visits was to use her new Mini. You know, to keep the battery charged
I currently own a '17 BRZ with the performance pack, an E46, and a 944 (among a few others), so I'm no stranger to fun, feedback-oriented cars. The Minis have never disappointed in that regard. I'd like to add a modern front-wheel-drive car to the stable, so I'm in the market for a ~10yo Cooper S. Thought I'd sign up, and introduce myself... so here we are!
Looking forward to getting into these cars.

I thought about a BRZ when I was shopping (and ended up with a MCS). Somehow the BRZ was too small, even for me, who loves small cars. That car is beautiful, but there really is no backseat. And I used to think an RX-8 was spacious enough in the rear =P
I do often hear that they're going to redesign and power-up the BRZ/86 and that keeps my interest.
