Just wanted to introduce myself. I bought a 16 mini cooper s after looking for a new car for... several years. I've owned WRX's for 12 years of my life, still love those cars. But I'm older now, more refined, so the mini caught my attention. Love it so far, but miss AWD alot.
I am in process of designing a carbon fiber phone mount. Not a fan of what's available. I have a cravenspeed mount and functions fine for me, once I built a newenthusiasts! I'll post up as I go along in the project.

Anyways, look forward to chatting with fellow enthusiasts!

My mini is an auto, too many stop lights in my new town for the manual so cant compare.
Both cars are very different.
And I'm getting old.

I will post pics of my phone mount. It's a slow process getting to the finished carbon part... especially with work kids, and the fix it list my house throws at me😖
