I've just picked me up an 07 MCS with 80,000 miles. I gotta say this thing is a lot of fun!
Just wanted to introduce myself and offer a comment section for anyone who has advice they'd like to share for an early gen 2 model. Thankfully, the previous owner kept a detailed service log of everything that has been worked on (which is quite a lot). It pulls to the right quite a bit which I'm hoping will be fixed with an alignment tomorrow. Other than that it's in great condition.
Only thing I've done so far is cleaned/oiled the stock K & N filter and remove the front scoop grill. The only mods I plan on doing are adding a new IC and CAI. Maybe some exhaust and a Manic tune down the road.
