New to here but not Mini's

We are on our 2nd Mini. My wife loves them. She bought her 1st "S" 2006, then did it again in 2012. This time a Countryman S
. Both bought new. Joined to have a base for figuring out problems that are starting to come up. Her All4 now has 105000 miles.
