My wife wanted a MINI, I wanted a BMW ...
Hello all, I am new here to join this strange MINI world. I have to admit it is a very good car, it is a 2016 CLUBMAN, 150 HP with automatic gear, driving it is just amazing
. But I am an electronic engineer and I suspect that there is waaay too much electronics on these MINI (and on every modern car, more or less) anyway... I hope everything will work well . Have fun with your MINI

As an electronic engineer I'd expect you would welcome all that circuitry. I hate it, although since I go way back I have to tell you that our old family cars from when I was a kid were always in the shop having work done on the electrics. These cars are more reliable, but when they fail they are probably harder to fix for the average person.
