I've wanted a MINI for a very long time and finally got a JCW in Moonwalk Grey (#teammonochrome)! She is perfect for San Francisco and all the tight spaces I will now be able to fit into. =) Looking forward to reading much more of the gold on this forum; the advice and content you all share among one another is amazing.
Welcome to the forum. You have a great looking MINI. You have found the best MINI forum around and it should be both helpful and inspiring.
I never thought about parking my MINI in a small parking space. I still look for the largest space available. I wish the prior owner had done the same. Luckily I have not had to contend with the parking challenges you face in San Francisco.
I commend you for your excellent spot selection in your posted picture. Not to close to the white car and the truck. I would have parked further in the space and maybee not be so close to the fire hydrant, but I may be going too far.
Make sure you enjoy the less traveled winding roads through the hills outside of the city.
Hi and welcome to the NAM family!
Congrats on your Mini JCW model!
She looks like she wants to rock! You are at some really good roads to allow you to explore the reason for these cars! They are made to handle an that is what they do!
Nice work! I'm now in a Moonwalk/Red
It's a deceptively sexy color
Silicon Valley MINIs and Norcal MINIs are two local driving groups, both active on FB, that organize runs and are great communities for sharing resources. PM me if you want links, etc...
I'm in Marin now, but I used to taco my wheels in SF for years!
