Hello All, Noob from Canada
Just picked up a 2007 Mini Cooper S Hardtop a few weeks ago. Looking for better insight and understanding. Always liked the Mini and finally got one as a daily driver. Dumped my Grand Cherokee DD for a Mini Cooper.
I've already changed the oil/filter, serpentine belt, fog lights (old one were filled with water and calcium), rear rotors and pads, cleaned and lubbed front brakes, replaced spark plugs, replaced a couple of stripped wheel lugs, fixed rear hatch lease button. I'm probably forgetting a couple of things.
I always found forums to be a great source of information so here I am.

Welcome to NAM. Any pictures? There are some great roads up around Tremblant.
The biggest thing on the N14 engine is to make sure the oil is changed every 8,000 kilometers and then every week make sure the oil is up to the top mark on the dipstick.
