NEWBIE in DC metro area
Hello out there.
New owner of a 2011 Clubman. Will add to profile later.
Car guy from way back--mostly muscle cars---have ALWAYS loved MINI's.
Need to make some minor repairs.
Car has a weird electrical issue.
"PARK" lamp on shift console and "PUSH TO START" light stay illuminated--all the time.
I'll start searching to see what I find.
In the mean time----any ideas?
Looking forward to meeting the group--live and work in the Tyson's area of Virginia.
Thanks.

Welcome.
Actually watch the lights after you close and lock the car. It is normal for them to stay on for 16 minutes, that is when the car goes to "sleep" and they shut off. But if you touch the car or do anything with it in that time they won't shut off.
