Hi everyone. I wanted to post and say hi to everyone out here. I have read through posts on NAM for years when I had my first 03 Mini (base model manual trans and 240K miles when I let her rest) and this forum helped a ton with maintenance and other questions. After I got rid of the car I have always wanted another Mini..
So several years later I am back in the world of Mini and will be looking to NAM for all the great knowledge and info here from the Mini community... For the life of me I cant find my user name or email I used when I used to be on here.. might of been a work email or one I don't have any longer.. either way happy to be back..
This time around I picked up an 05 R53 JCW that had some bumps and bruises but will be a daily driver and spirited weekend car with a little help and luck.

Hi, No pics yet.
front is still off at this moment (diagnosing a no throttle issue) :( and looking for a new aero bumper now... the previous owner had a small fender bender and fixed the bumper very poorly, when I removed it the bumper fell to pieces. My Mini is British racing green, white roof and hood stripes, she has the JCW GP edition factory upgrades and I just installed a Sprintex SC, VGS and airbox flap mods, nothing major planned as is my daily driver but the more I work on her the more my wife wants me to get a NEW reliable car.. so if that happens, she will eventually get a lot more HP and be a weekend back roads toy.
My first mini was a 03 base of the same color, missed that car and came across this one. I was really impressed how much faster and fun this JCW is and think I got the speed bug back so who knows where it will go next.
