2013 MINI Cooper S Roadster to 2018 MINI Cooper S Countyman All
2013 MINI Cooper S Roadster to 2018 MINI Cooper S Countyman All
We had two of the old Mini Cooper S in the 1970's (one left hand drive and one right had drive). We currently own a 2013 MINI Cooper S Roadster Convertible with approximately 24,000 miles. I am 70 years old. While the roadster convertible has plenty of room when I am in it, it is just getting to hard for me to get in and out of the car. It has a six speed manual. We have special ordered a 2017 MINI Cooper S Countryman All4 with a six speed manual. We had to special order to get the manual transmission. The 2013 Roadster convertible is in great shape with less than 24,000 miles. We have a prepaid maintenance on it for 100,000 miles or until May 27, 2019 and this is transferable. We also have an extended Mechanical Repair Contract with 0$ deductible and Hendrick Mini in Charlotte and $100 deductible at other dealers until 95,114 miles or November 5, 2020. This is also transferable. I am going to try and sell it before the new MINI Cooper S Countryman arrives in early July. This will be a great car and the new owner will have to pay for maintenance or mechanical failures for a long time.
When the new MINI arrives we will have owned 4 Cooper S (two Minis and 2 MINIs). We are really looking forward to the Countryman because it is easy for me to get in and out of it, is comfortable, but still a lot of fun. Also, the way things are going, in a few years it will be a rare car because of the manual transmission.

Welcome to NAM. Can I suggest you place the coupe in the Marketplace here? You might get some good responses.

Congratulations and welcome. We have our second Countryman in build. 1st is manual not an option on the 2nd with it being a hybrid.
I had a Gen 2 Clubman as my 1st mini. The countryman feels different since you are not but on the road but it still fun to drive.

I am not signed up the BRP tour in NC. Where can I find out more information? I assume it is on this web site.
