Starter problems after clutch replacement

Can someone help me. I replaced the OEM dual flywheel to Valeo 52151203 solid flywheel. I pull the engine and transmission to do the clutch. After installing the engine and transmission, It started fin the first time then after sitting for few minutes it seemed the starter went bad. I replace it. I had to jump started the first time and it started after a test drive to. So I replaced the battery. It will not start now. I hear the starter clicking but will not turn the engine. Could it be the flywheel. Any info would be great.

I found the problem. It was the negative battery wire.

I am glad you have it sorted out and I understand the bummer it was giving you, after a tough job was completed! We feel your pain and we are also thrilled you got it fixed without pulling it all apart again!
Now.... wheres the pics?

congrats on a successful repair!

This was the problem. It was not giving load it needed for the starer. Disconnected and cleaned the terminal on the body side. WOW easy

Started just to do a clutch job and ended up, changing all hose, passenger side axle, rebuilt supercharger, new starter and new battery.
I must say thanks to Mod MINI his you tube video are awesome.

Now I want to play on the track.
