New Guy in VA
New Guy in VA
Hey Guys, I'm an FNG, just trying to get the skinny on anything new in NAM. Been a longtime lurker here and r/mini.
I have a 2012 R56S, JCW Aero Package, Akrapovic Exhaust, Akrapovic Downpipe, Forge FMIC, Engineering Oil Catch Can, DDMWorks Street Intake, Manic Stage 2 ECU Tune, Factory Sport Sway Bars, Megan Racing EU Street Coilovers, NM Engineering Oil Catch Can.
Coming Soon: Cravenspeed Short Shifter, NM Engineering Front Strut Brace, GP Belly Pan, GP Rear Diffuser.
I don't have pics at the moment, I'm at work. But I'll post them sometime this week.

Thanks. I actually got most of my parts from you, working through Patrick at Bimmer Rescue in Richmond, VA late last year. About the only thing I didn't do with parts you supplied was the Manic Tune. I've had a few questions about different things since the project, but I really love the set up so far.
I wish I had a little more grunt from the exhaust note, the Akrapovic is very civilized in the MCS (though not so much in the JCW, I hear). I wish I have a little more whp on my pulls, but thats normal. I wish I had a little more aggressive (wider, either from spacers or better wheels) wheelbase. But these things are normal for most of my project.
A modder's job is never done, amirite?
