Mini Electrical

I have a 2010 Cooper S Clubman. Turnsignals, windows, dash lights and flashers all quit. I assume its the footwell control unit. Checked fuses and they all are ok.Mini drives ok. If I install new control unit can I drive to dealer and get it programmed? Should I check something else before I spend the 450-bucks for the control unit?

Original battery? Lots of electrical gremlins is a sure indicator.

Well, OK then. Gotta be something down deep unless insufficient alternator output.
Before (how far away?) driving to the dealer, maybe find a closer BMW/MINI independent shop who can check the unit before you spend the bucks on a new one.
No indication where you're from so here's a handy link to indie shops. Maybe you can find one closer and less expensive.

Could be instrument cluster module, less likely but possible powertrain control module. Please let us know what you find out!

Why do you think so? Neither of those seem related to the problems described.
