Greetings from Iowa!

New to the forums having just purchased our 2nd R60 this last weekend for my wife. We purchased our first one in 2014 and she decided to trade it for a Honda Fit in December 2015. Shortly after trading, she realized she made a mistake and the search was on. It took us a while, really getting serious in June 2016 and actively working deals in August until we purchased Sept 3rd. We were willing to travel all over to get the right deal and finally found one within 100 miles.


After having the first MINI, she knew what she had to have: Steptronic, Xenons, Anthracite headliner, Premium Package and Cold Weather Package. Of course extras would be nice on the right “deal” but these options were the deal breakers.

Last weekend we purchased her replacement:
2011 Countryman S All4 @ 37k miles
Steptronic
Premium package with auto headlamps and rain sensing wipers
Cold weather package
Rear buckets with 2nd load floor
Auto-dimming mirror with Homelink – this was a huge surprise
Comfort access
Xenons
Anthracite headliner

We do as well - I didn't realize it was cloth as I thought you could only get leatherette but I like it!

We're from Cedar Rapids - she followed local clubs previously and we need to get out to an event.

It's nice in person and receives compliments - not a common interior.

Hope so - within a few days the HPFP started failing and I hope this isn't signs of things to come. It was just at the dealer in June and has a great maintenance history with no repairs so hopefully a fluke.
